First let me say how beautiful and clean this facility is. It is very well kept. I Couldn't have had a better experience! I am a first-time storage customer so I had a lot of questions and concerns. Kirk Anderson explained and walked me through everything in detail. I really felt like I was in good hands. My questions were answered before I could even think of them. This was one of the most pleasurable customer service experiences I ever had. I wish every business had an employee like him. First impressions are everything and there's no denying I was impressed from the first handshake to the last one goodbye.
I originally rented two units on the same floor but some space apart, two different sizes. I contemplated getting a third unit for sometime.
While Kirk was helping others today find carts he asked how we we doing, we got to talking and as one thing led to another he told me a unit became available approximately three units away from my bigger unit.
The experience I had here with Kirk was professional and courteous. He was very knowledgeable and attentive to my needs. He provided me with the space I needed and I left very satisfied.
