They came out within an hour and a half of calling and fixed the our toilets/clogged drains. Unfortunately our 130 year old house doesn’t have standard plumbing, so Harry Mason had to spend multiple hours and bring in another guy with the camera to find the problem. I’m so grateful that he didn’t give up though. Both gentlemen were very hard workers and very polite. I appreciate the work and time they put in. Thank you!
This was my second time using Roto Rooter. I was so pleased with the first experience that I didn't think twice about calling them again. One night I discovered that my water heater was leaking. I called and scheduled an appointment for early the next morning. By mid-day I had a new water heater installed and the old one gone! Roto- Rooter's service was GREAT ! They came out the same day we called. Harry our technician, was polite, courteous and professional. He listened to our problem, and then took care of it. Not a prolonged repair, he had the right tools to do the job. He cleaned up after his work was complete; was not expecting the 6 month guarantee on his work. That was a plus ! I would call Roto-Rooter again without hesitation. Harry as an outstanding technician.
