What a great time we had at BooKoo Bounce celebrating my daughter's 2nd birthday! I could not stop talking about how impressed I was with the level of service my wife and I received from initial inquiry to the last swipe of my card; I was literally left without a question. My wife, daughter and I were visiting my home of New Orleans and wanted to throw a party but did not want to deal with party set up and take down. BooKOO BOUNCE is the place for destination or parties for locals and out of town guests.
Three stars because tho we had a great time the lady at the front desk had a bad day or something because she had a nasty attitude about a lot other than that it was a nice time for my nephew and the other kids at my cousins birthday party

My wife and I really enjoyed the kindness and seamless execution of the party. Upon entering the party room, I even saw Isabel's name with an amazing cartoon of Olaf on the dry-erase board, the attention to detail warmed our hearts. During the whole planning process I believe I spoke to Jamie, Emily, Zaria (whom also worked the party with Angel (Angelina). These staff members were EXCELLENT on the phone and in person and definitely carry your spirit of hospitality! Even when I climbed the ladder with my daughter to slide down, someone kindly came over with a smile and told me that adults could not slide down with kids. I apologized and thanked them and instructed the other parents in my group. A few days after the party I received an email from the owner thanking for choosing BooKoo Bounce. It was a great party package at a great price! I fully recommend this business.
Before making a deposit, i called and spoke to lovely staff and after the deposit I received a personalized email from the owner Mr. Gene Sausse. The email said that a staffer would call the week of the party to confirm the details and like clockwork I received a call to get the CAKE included in the ULTIMATE package and name spelling of my daughter.
My daughter is exhausted and sleeping in the car by the time we leave, every time! Translation: it’s a great place!
My kids loved it! Every party I give for my children is exciting and lots of fun!! A couple of young girls named Victoria and Sophie helped me set up and Gabriella pitched in when we requested help. Those three were very kind, respectful, and helpful. I truly believe that when mom is happy, everyone is happy. And thanks to those three at bookoo bounce, for making mine and my child's experience a good one!!
